Forgive me for the deep moment I am about to share. I was jogging through my neighborhood the other day, enjoying all of the beautiful autumn colors, when I thought about how much I have come to love autumn. For the briefest of moments I decided that autumn was perhaps my favorite season of the four...until I stopped for a second and realized that I love all of the seasons, each for different reasons. I felt really fortunate in that moment...to be able to find beauty year-round in my surroundings felt like a big deal. I remember loving summer because of being able to swim...or spring to watch the flowers bloom...but, I realize now, all of the seasons are wonderful for different reasons, and I'm fortunate to be able to experience them all.
I love the beautiful colors during fall, apple cider, cool air, bundling up and Thanksgiving. I enjoyed decorating the new house for fall this year, and I thought I'd share a little bit of that with you!
I love the little girl scarecrow carrying a pumpkin bucket full of fall flowers! I had so much fun putting together the little display ledge arrangement in the foyer.
I hope wherever you are you're enjoying the last few weeks of fall!
