After 7 years my brother, sister and I were all home at the same time to be with my mom for her hip surgery. We spent time hanging out at the hospital...being loud and laughing while we mortified my mother who works there. It was a crazy whirlwind, with new stories added to family lore...oh,and I started a pair of socks!!
