Easy Raglan Knit A Long

Yes oh yes!  I actually finished it in time to wear it this winter!  The fit isn't as good as you see here (creative posing)  but wow...is it cozy!

Knit and want to make one for yourself?  Head on over to the Spud and Chloe blog There you will find downloadable PDFs that will hold your hand through knitting your own custom knit sweater!  Oh, and just so you know, the sweater I knit was from Vanna White's line of yarn.

It was great to cast-on with so many other people and get help from the designer herself (and the always awesome Susan B. Anderson) when things got a little tricky.  The forum was a treasure-trove of fellow knitters ready to jump in with help and encouragement.  It was a fun, great, educational experience...and aren't those the best kind?

Oh, and did I mention the best part?  IT'S DONE!

Yay! The sweater looks great, even if it is "creative posing". I must try one of those designer-led kals, I bet you learn loads.
I missed your last post (my bad). All your Thanksgiving crafts are so cute! I love the thanksgiving tree, what a great idea. Little Mans turkey is excellent too.
But the beach spot door. Oh. It's gorgeous!
